Menus, wine and drinks list
Our menu changes daily so we can make the most of the freshest seasonal produce available that day. Our Executive Chef Colin Barker is in daily contact with Australia’s premium produce suppliers, and enjoys seeking out the more interesting and lesser known species of fish where possible.
Crustaceans are very popular and we always aim to have them on our daily menu if possible. However, sometimes they are in short supply, so it's best to pre-order when booking to avoid disappointment.
Of course, our menu always includes ever-popular dishes, such as our famous Snapper Pie. We wouldn’t dare take it off!
On Christmas Day, we offer a special five-course degustation menu with a glass of champagne on arrival. Contact us nearer the time for the menu and pricing, and please book early to avoid disappointment.
