Menus, wine and drinks list

Our menu changes daily so we can make the most of the freshest seasonal produce available that day. Our Executive Chef Colin Barker is in daily contact with Australia’s premium produce suppliers, and enjoys seeking out the more interesting and lesser known species of fish where possible. Of course, our menu always includes ever-popular dishes, such as our famous Snapper Pie. We wouldn’t dare take it off!

Christmas 2017

Sorry - already fully booked!  On Christmas Day you can enjoy a special five-course degustation menu with a glass of champagne on arrival, $240 per adult and $50 per child.

New Year's Eve
